Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

We try to keep things as simple and clear as possible so that we can enjoy our day of fishing. See the questions and answers below that MillerTime Fishing gets asked the most…

Do I need to do anything in advance of my scheduled fishing trip with MillerTime?

Yes, you’ll need to get a fishing license (if you don’t have one already). You can get one online here or by calling 360-902-2464. You can also pick one up at a number of local businesses.

Where will we meet to board the boat?

It varies depending on the fish. Tyler will communicate the exact location with you prior to the day of the trip so that you know where you’ll need to be.

What do I need to bring the day of my trip?

Great question! Here’s a checklist of what you’ll need to bring on the day of the trip:

  • Your fishing license
  • Appropriate fishing attire/clothing
  • Packed lunch for yourself and/or your party to eat on the boat
  • A cooler with ice for your fish (this can be left in your vehicle until we return)

How long will the fishing trip last?

This depends on which trip you’re booked for. Most trips will last 8 hours, as we’ll need to navigate to the best spots to catch the biggest fish! But trips will range anywhere from 4-8 hours long.

Will I need to clean, prepare and/or filet my own fish?

No, your expert guide Tyler will handle this at the end of the trip. We will clean, filet and package your fish for you!

What can I expect the trip to be like?

We’re passionate about fishing and aim to show you a great time – so you can expect to have a lot of fun, share some laughs and stories, and hopefully, catch some huge fish!
